Nexus Research

"If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?"
Albert Einstein

Nexus Research

One of the most important aspects in scientific research of this nature is to determine a good set of sites from which to gather data. Several sites have been surveyed and selected as exemplars for this type of research, a few of which came about as partnerships with existing solar facilities, both large and small.

The data collected from the research sites are transmitted and stored for later processing and analysis. As a project funded by the NSF, the research data is made publicly available for all to use as needed. However, it is important to note that data can often be taken out of context, and so it is encouraged to communicate with the scientists involved in the project before using the data for anything.

The results of the research will also be made public as soon as the scientists are done. As their areas of study are completed, their results will be added here so that all may take advantage of the years of hard work and expertise put into these studies, and the technologies that may come from this project.
